What is Creatives Who Walk?
Creatives Who Walk is a community for people who work in the creative industries — designers, photographers, illustrators, filmmakers, architects, writers, and anyone else doing creative work. Members meet for group walks in cities around the world. No agenda, no slides, no networking pressure. Just a walk and good conversation.
Who is this for?
Anyone working in a creative field. If you make things for a living — or are working toward that — you'll fit right in. Walks are informal and open to all levels, from students to senior creatives.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is €10 per year. That's it. The fee keeps the community intentional and worth showing up for, and helps us keep things running in cities around the world.
How do the walks work?
Walks are organised by members. In the member area you can see upcoming walks in your city — each listing shows the meeting point, duration, and who's hosting. You RSVP and show up. The host picks a starting point and the group walks from there. Most walks are one to two hours.
Can I host my own walk?
Yes, any member can create a walk. You pick a meeting point, set a time and duration, and publish it. Members in your city will see it and can RSVP. Hosting is encouraged — the community works best when everyone contributes.
Is my city available?
We're active in a growing number of cities. If yours isn't listed during sign-up, you can request it. When enough people from your city request it, we activate it and notify everyone on the list.
What happens if I request a city that isn't active yet?
You'll join a waitlist for your city. We'll email you the moment it launches so you can become a full member and join your first walk. You won't be charged until your city is active and you complete your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Is there an app?
No app for now. Creatives Who Walk is a web platform that works well in any mobile browser. We want to keep things simple and focused.
